Quick answers

Cancel Plus: on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bopomo. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account: in the app, Me → Account → Delete account. It deletes everything on our server straight away.
